How paid access works
Pro and Team are monthly subscriptions paid through PayPal. The button on a plan opens PayPal checkout for that plan; once you approve the subscription, PayPal brings you back to this page while the code is emailed. There is no account. The first payment brings a page code in an email from CargoSheet ([email protected]); each renewal tops up the same code. The code holds the plan's allowance counted in pages, at up to 150 pages per file: Pro adds 22,500 pages a month (150 files × 150 pages), Team adds 75,000 (500 × 150).
Enter the code once, in the field below or beside the converter; the link in the email enters it for you. It stays in this browser and goes with every file you upload. It is spent only when the free allowance cannot cover a file: a file over 10 pages, or a second file in a day. With the code a file converts in full, up to 150 pages and no further than the pages left on the code; after each conversion the page shows how many are left. Unused pages roll over and never expire. If you cancel, the renewals stop and the pages already paid for stay on the code.
A seat is a browser with the code entered. A Pro code is for one; a Team code can be entered in three colleagues' browsers, and they draw on the same balance. The email can take a few minutes; check the spam folder. If it is still missing, or anything else is wrong, reply to it or write to [email protected] from the address you paid with.

How the limits work
A file is one PDF you upload for conversion. A page is one page of that PDF. The plans differ in how many files you can convert in a period, how long a file can be, and how many people share the allowance. They do not differ in what the converter does: the same merge of page tables, the same lbs-to-kg conversion, the same five-metric tie-out and the same row flags run on every plan.
On Free the allowance is counted per device, which is why no account is needed. On Pro and Team it is counted in pages on your page code: a file the free allowance cannot cover spends as many pages as it has, up to 150. The two samples on the home page are built in and use neither. After each conversion the page shows what is left: files on the free allowance, or pages on the code.

Choosing and subscribing
Pick by page count and volume
Up to 10 pages and one list a day: Free. Longer lists, up to 150 pages, or up to 150 files a month: Pro. Three people sharing 500 files a month: Team.
Subscribe
Use the Subscribe button on the plan card. It opens PayPal checkout for that plan; approve the subscription there and PayPal brings you back to this page. If checkout cannot be opened, this page says so and gives the email route instead.
Enter the code once
Within a few minutes an email from [email protected] brings your page code, with a link that enters it for you. Or paste it into “Have a page code?” above. It stays in this browser; renewals top up the same code, so there is nothing new to enter.
Convert as before
The converter, the checks and the downloads are the same on every plan. The plans differ in limits. After each conversion the page shows what is left: files on the free allowance, or pages on the code.
Pricing: questions
- What is free?
- 1 file per day, up to 10 pages, no account. The free allowance is counted per device, which is why no account is needed. The two samples on the home page do not use it.
- What happens to a list over 10 pages?
- It is converted up to page 10, not refused. Above the result the page says how many pages were converted (for example, “Only the first 10 of 25 pages were converted”), and every download is named with -partial, such as name-partial.csv, so a cut-short export is never mistaken for the full one. A page code converts the whole file, up to 150 pages.
- What does Pro include?
- $29 per month: 150 files a month, files up to 150 pages, 1 seat. Your page code is topped up with 22,500 pages a month (150 × 150), and unused pages roll over. Downloads as CSV, .xlsx and JSON. The conversion and the totals check are the same as on Free.
- What does Team include?
- $79 per month: 500 files a month, files up to 150 pages, 3 seats. Your page code is topped up with 75,000 pages a month (500 × 150). The same code is entered in up to three colleagues' browsers, and they share the balance.
- How do I subscribe?
- Plans are monthly subscriptions paid through PayPal. Use the Subscribe button on the plan card; it opens PayPal checkout for that plan. Approve the subscription there and PayPal brings you back to this page. Within a few minutes CargoSheet ([email protected]) emails your page code with a link that enters it on this page. Check the spam folder if it has not arrived; if it is still missing, write to [email protected] from the address you paid with. If checkout cannot be opened, this page says so, and you can subscribe by emailing the same address with the plan you want.
- Where do I enter the page code, and do I enter it again each month?
- Once per browser, in “Have a page code?” on this page or beside the converter; the link in the email enters it for you. It stays in that browser until you remove it. A colleague on another computer enters the same code there. Renewals top up the code you already have, so there is nothing new to enter.
- What happens when I reach the limit?
- A second file in a day with no code is not converted: the converter shows the limit message from the service together with a link to this page, and nothing more is converted until the allowance resets or you enter a page code. A list over the page limit is not refused; it is converted up to the limit and marked as partial, as described above. With a code, each file counts its pages against the code, and the page says how many are left.
- My list is longer than 150 pages. What do I do?
- With a page code a file is converted up to page 150, and the page says how many pages were left out. Split the PDF at a page break between tables and upload the parts. Each part is converted and tied out on its own. Declared totals are normally on the last page, so only the part that includes it has a declaration to compare with.
- Do the paid plans check more than the free one?
- No. Every plan runs the same conversion, the same five-metric tie-out and the same row flags. Plans differ in files per period, pages per file and seats.
- Is a file stored longer on a paid plan?
- No. Files are processed in memory and deleted after conversion on every plan. Details are on the privacy page.
- How do I change or cancel a plan?
- Email [email protected] from the address you paid with, or reply to the email that brought your code. Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops the renewals; the pages already on your code stay usable, and they do not expire.
